As we all know, the shrinkage process is necessary in garment, what's shrinkage process? It's used special machine to let the raw material been processed using steam, it being done before the fabric cutting.
Why it's necessary?
Below is the functions:
1. Guarantee the right finished size
Raw material has its special stretch, it will be increase or decrease after washed, that's called shrinkage, we need to finish that process before making a clothing, the fabric will be more close to its final stretchy, then our consumer can get a right finished size clothing, even wearing & washing times.
2. Maintain the fabric's stablity
Fabirc is woven by yarns, it's not so fixed after finished, but the steam can make it more stable, then let the fabric more durable, so you will get a higher quality clothing.
3. Riser the clothing's comfort level
Clothing is what we wear on, it touches our skin directly, so a soft and good feeling for a clothing can makes us comfortbale. How to let that come ture? Yes, shrinkage process. After the steam, the fabric will be more softer and comfortable, which make people more relaxed and enjoy.
